Submission Guidelines
Thank you for considering publishing your study in the Shodh Sagar Journal for Medical Research Advancement (SSJMRA). To guarantee a smooth and uniform submission procedure, we respectfully request that authors prepare their submissions according to the following standards.
Preparation of Manuscript:
Document Format: Submit in Microsoft Word format.
Font and Size: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font.
Line Spacing and Margins: Set line spacing to 1.5 and margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
Page Size: Use A4 size paper.
Title Page Requirements:
Title: The title should be concise yet descriptive.
Author Details: List all authors' names, affiliations, and email addresses.
Corresponding Author: Clearly indicate who the corresponding author is and provide their contact information.
Abstract and Keywords:
Abstract: Limit to 250 words, summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
Keywords: Provide 3 to 5 keywords for indexing purposes.
Structure of Main Text:
Organize into sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
Ensure clarity and logical flow of content.
Citation and Reference Style:
Adhere to the Vancouver citation style for in-text citations and references.
Ensure comprehensive and accurate referencing.
Tables, Figures, and Illustrations:
Number consecutively and include clear captions.
Integrate into the text at appropriate points.
Plagiarism and Originality:
Manuscripts must be original works. Utilize plagiarism detection tools to check originality.
Avoid self-plagiarism and redundant publication.
Submission and Review Process:
Submit electronically via the journal's submission system provided on Journal Website or click here to submit.
Manuscripts undergo peer review for assessment of suitability and quality.
Ethical Considerations and Copyright:
Adhere to ethical standards in research and writing.
Understand and agree to the journal's copyright terms upon submission.
Post-Submission Communication:
Correspondence and queries should be directed to the provided contact information.
Revision and Resubmission:
Be prepared to revise your manuscript based on reviewer feedback.
Resubmit revised manuscripts within the specified timeframe.
Article Processing Charges (APC):
After acceptance of the article for publication, Authors will be asked for an one time Article Processing Charge to cover, among other publishing chores, the costs of peer review administration and management, professional creation of articles in PDF and other formats, and dissemination of published papers in various locations. We advice the Authors to check for the latest APC's mentioned on the Journal Website.
